The story behind Master’s Landscape Design
It all started over 20 years ago, when Mike Pruitt had just graduated from Virginia Tech and moved back home to Virginia. A farm boy at heart, he grew up in a small town just outside of Chatham. He had always been passionate about working with his hands and loved spending time outdoors – the fresh air and sunshine always put him in a great mood.
He started small: at first, he lent a hand around local farms and befriended many of the landowners. Soon enough, they were requesting more than just farm work and started inquiring about landscaping projects around their homes. This led Mike to uncover his love for landscape design. For the next 10 years, Mike worked long and hard to chisel his abilities and became renowned throughout Chatham for his landscaping and hardscaping projects.
After many trips to middle Tennessee, Mike and his family decided to relocate to Mt. Juliet in 2006, and not long after, he founded Master’s Landscape Design!
Fast-forward 15 years and Master’s Landscape Design is now one of the premier landscape design and build companies in the middle Tennessee area, specializing in residential and commercial landscape design, irrigation, landscape lighting, hardscaping, and much more.
